THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

From campaigns to business systems.

A marketing background with hands-on experience building a team, customer journeys, and reporting for a business owner.

My remit grew.
So did my questions.

At Vertex Mastery, I progressed from Marketing Executive to Marketing Manager. I built and trained the marketing team, training more than 10 people across digital marketing, social content, media buying, and graphic design.

My own work included Meta advertising and organic social media, GoHighLevel funnels and automation, and a marketing operating system with a mobile app for the founder.

I also explore AI tools and automation through workflow experiments and internal enablement. I’m interested in where they make a task clearer or more useful for the people doing it.

Understand the process.
Then choose the tools.

01

Follow one customer journey.

Start with the steps from an advert to an enquiry and a sales conversation. Ask where information is missing, who owns each step, and what the team needs to decide.

02

Make responsibilities clear.

Separate campaign decisions, workflow logic, and sales follow-up. Agree what I own and what needs input from other people before changing the process.

03

Check what the evidence shows.

Use reporting to examine the work, including the gaps in the data. Distinguish an observed result from an assumption, and document what still needs testing.

Marketing is my background.
Problem-solving drives me.

I enjoy the detail of a useful workflow, a report someone can act on, or a clearer handoff between teams. The opportunity to understand how those pieces work keeps me learning.
